Basic terms for using ClassDrafts at launch.

Service use

• ClassDrafts is for teacher planning workflows such as lesson plans, homework, and assessments.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated materials before classroom use.
• You may not abuse trials, automate excessive usage, or attempt to bypass plan limits.

Accounts

• Accounts are limited to U.S.-based teacher signups during this launch phase.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse billing, usage limits, or support systems.

Billing

• Paid billing and tax collection are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
• Trials convert into the selected paid plan unless canceled before the first charge.
• If billing is canceled, paid access stays active until the current period ends.
• If billing is unpaid or incomplete, starter access limits apply until billing is fixed.
