How cancellation, trial end, and refunds work.

Trials

• Pro includes a 7-day trial.
• Premium includes a 14-day trial.
• Cancel before the first charge if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.

Cancellation

• You can cancel the paid subscription before the next renewal.
• When canceled, paid access remains active until the current billing period ends.
• After that period ends, starter access limits apply unless a new paid subscription starts.

Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable after a paid billing cycle begins. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact support and include the account email plus any billing receipt details.
